Basically, good cooperation with the KOLs & DOLs (Key & Digital Opinion Leader) requires two things:
- The KOLs / DOLs must be identified on an indication-specific basis using a database that is as comprehensive and valid as possible. For this purpose, we use a variety of data sources that are systematically and specifically searched with individual keywords.
- Information and findings from the daily cooperation with the already identified KOLs / DOLs also have to be managed and processed in a meaningful way in order to be used optimally afterwards.
